Fabric

All of our cycling garments are made from high-wicking, Micro Euromesh fabric which keeps the rider dry and more comfortable in all conditions. Micro Euromesh wicks sweat almost immediately, prevents overheating and doesn’t retain odors.

Construction

Semi-Custom jerseys come with a 3/4 length hidden zipper in the front for maximum temperature control. Since the zipper is “hidden”, jersey graphics are not obscured across the zippered area. Wind Jackets have a full hidden zipper. Jerseys are double stitched and reinforced where needed. Thread and zippers are usually color matched to the shirt color or graphics. Jerseys and Jackets are equipped with an elasticized rear pocket with 3 separate compartments. Great for storing arm and leg warmers, a multitool, or even a water bottle.

Colors and Graphics

Revi Wear shirts are dye sublimated with high resolution graphics on state of the art equipment. Because the colors are dyed directly into the fibers of the garment, they will never fade, crack or bleed.
